CANADA FORMS – CORPORATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS


We have included some of the most commonly used forms on our website for Canadian tax clients filing their individual income tax returns in Canada. These forms may not be up-to-date.We have also included some forms designed by RKB Accounting in Word and Excel format for your convenience, which you can download, record your information, and email us.The purpose of including these forms is to promote transparency and facilitate easy information sharing. You can review the necessary documents, understand the requirements, and come prepared for meetings or tax preparation sessions.You can look into these forms to know or be prepared if you have time. Download Form - Apart from the Federal T2 Corporate Income Tax return, every corporation resident in Quebec province must file CO-17 in french and pay taxes separately in Quebec.

Download Form T4 Summary  Download Form T4 Slips- If you have paid salary and wages to your employee, you issue T4 slips and file a T4 Summary return with CRA within 60 days from the calander year end.

Download Form - If you have deducted CPP and EI exceeding the limit, you file an application for refund for some specified reasons.

Download Form - You need to issue T4A Slips and file a T4A SUM return with CRA if you have paid amounts to a contractor for services rendered. Usually, you issue a T4A to a contractor who is not providing you with an invoice or a bill for services rendered. This form is quite common in the real estate broker communities.

Download Form - If you paid a non-resident employee in Canada, or paid director's fees to a non-resident director or paid fees for acting to an actor who is non-resident, you need to issue and file T4A-NR slips within the due date.

Download Form – You may require to file T1134 if you own shares of a foreign entity or an ownership interest in a foreign entity. You need to file this by the due date, failing which or failing to provide proper information may attract a penalty. The least amount of penalty is $25 per day to a maximum of 100 days in a year, plus other interest and penalties as applicable.

Download Form - If your corporation owns any time during the year more than $100,000.00 property outside of Canada, you need to report this on T1135 and the related income for these properties. You need to file this form by the due date otherwise, the penalty is $25 per day to a maximum of $2,500.00 per year.

Download Form - If you are in construction business and paid amounts to sub-contractors for construction services, you need to issue Form T5018 and file with CRA withing the due date.

Download Form - If your Partnership income or expenses exceeds $2 million in a year or has assets that exceed $5 million in a year, or your partnership has a partner who is a corporation, trust, or another partnership, you must file a partnership information return with CRA before the due date.

Download Form - If you are in manufacturing, farming, fishing, mining, etc., activities, you may be entitled to Manufacturing and Processing Tax Credit in Ontario, you need report T2SCH502 to claim this credit.

Download Form - You can apply for a Trust Account number by filling out T3APP.

Download Form - You need to file T3 Trust Income Tax and Information Return every year before the due date.

Download Form - It could be a good idea to get the clearance certificate from CRA that there are no more tax obligations left on the trust or in the business before distributing the assets to the beneficiaries. If you are a legal representative and have not obtained a Clearance Certificate from CRA and have already distributed the assets, then if the beneficiaries refuse to pay any tax obligation that arises afterward, you may have to settle that obligation from your assets.

Download Form - Under the New Legislation "Select Luxury Items Tax Act," which came into effect on September 01, 2022, if you are registered for Luxury Tax, you need to file "A Luxury Tax and Information Return" by the due date.

Download Form - If you not sure wheather your worker or service provider is your "employee" of a "Contractor", you can request a determination from CRA.

Download Form - You need to file T5 Return with CRA within 60 days from the calendar year endif you have declared of paid Dividends to your shareholders.

Download Form - Under the New Legislation "Select Luxury Items Tax Act," which came into effect on September 01, 2022, if you are registered for Luxury Tax, you need to file "A Luxury Tax and Information Return" by the due date. If you are dealer of the subject vehicle, you can apply for a exemption certificate.

Download Form - If you are a manufacturer of vaping products, you need to apply for a vaping product license with CRA.
